How to submit your availability

First you need to login to the site. If you do not have a login click here

Once you have logged into the site the "User Menu" will appear on the right hand side of the page.

On the User Menu click on the link named "Your Details"

Scroll to the bottom of the Contact Info tab and assure that the Registering As field reads Society Member. If not, change it.

Select the Availability tab.

Simply select yes or no for the dates you desire.

Once finished click the update button to save your information.
NOTE: You will be able to change the selections throughout the season. Just follow these directions again and change the specific dates.
