How to submit your availability

  • First you need to login to the site. If you do not have a login click here

  • Once you have logged into the site the "User Menu" will appear on the right hand side of the page.

  • On the User Menu click on the link named "Your Details"

  • Scroll to the bottom of the Contact Info tab and assure that the Registering As field reads Society Member.  If not, change it.

  • Select the Availability tab.

  • Simply select yes or no for the dates you desire.

  • Once finished click the update button to save your information.

NOTE: You will be able to change the selections throughout the season. Just follow these directions again and change the specific dates.
