Technical Zone Requirement for HS Clubs
EPRRS is finally catching up with USAR's requirements for HS and younger games to have TECHNICAL ZONES.
Please read the following link, where technical zones (and the case for them) are explained. This is agreed to by RugbyPA, and will be easy to enforce if we all do it.
Currently, technical zones are not required at any other levels, but clubs and colleges have been informed that it's likely to be required in the near future. As of now, we are encouraging teams to use TZs in all of their games. Again, the only matches required to use TZs are HS, Junior, and Youth.
