Return to Play Status
We will keep this post to deliver the Return to Play status for the EPRRS and the competitions we serve.
EPRRS - Referees are permitted to referee the competitions below so long as they have registered with the parent organization (USAR or NCR). The EPRRS will not be assigning any referees for Spring 2021. All requests will come either directly from the home club or an organizing competition:
Rugby Pennsylvania - All High School matches can be considered fully covered and in Stage 5 of the COVID protocols. Referees should be registered with USA Rugby to access liability coverage. The regular season is set to begin on 4/11 and at time time may be assigned centrally by RugbyPA (match fees TBD). Until 4/11, individual coaches may contact you and we would encourage you to identify the process for match fees - we currently believe PA Rugby is making those payments.
EPRU - All EPRU matches can be considered fully covered and in Stage 5 of the COVID protocols. Referees should be registered with USA Rugby to access liability coverage. You will be contacted by individual clubs and may accept the match. Match fees should be discussed with the Club.
Collegiate Rugby - Nothing to report at this time.
