Here are some meeting notes courtesy of Pete Hesler.

Ref match fees will increase next spring (not sure how much - all of the increase will go toward raising the per-game fee paid to the refs themselves. Very good for recruitment-of-refs purposes, which is a huge issue right now)
If a team is listed in RED on the assignment page, they are not in good standing with the ref's society and/or the union
Technical zones - while not strictly enforced, they are highly encouraged to give our game a much better look. Let's be leaders in the trend to use them for all games
Teams are encouraged to fill out a ref feedback report after a match. The report can be found on the ref's website eastpennrugby.org. No repercussions will occur from negative reports, but please use this as another tool to help refs improve, not as a bitch session or blasting ground.
IMPORTANT: Ref assigned to your match now needs to be contacted by Thursday, not Friday, assuming a ref has been assigned to the match.
If the listing on the assignment page for your match reads "TBD", the society is still looking for a ref, and there is no need to file an additional request for a ref.
