Elections
Officer elections- If you want to run for a board position, please email Matt with your name and the position you are interested in. All are encouraged to consider running.
Assignments
If you are interested in AR’ing at Alapocas State Park on Saturday, please let Matt know.
11/11, there are plenty of volunteers and only a few matches.
We do not know the matches yet for 11/17; we will let you know when we get the details. This is an NCR tournament.
Financial
Clubs need to pay their match fees to make the end-of-fall payments. Currently, the account is short for the end of fall. Money going out included more money for mileage than was budgeted, food for those attending the meeting in person, Zoom fees, Venmo fees, and other miscellaneous fees.
Sponsor money is waiting in the wings for the 503c notice, and once it is finalized, we can get that money in.

Report Writing
Bryan Dewease shared that in the event of being cussed out by a player, make sure to write down exactly what is said to you in your the report.
