Every club utilizing EPRRS Referees is obligated to follow the Procedures for Confirming the Match Day Referee. Teams are also responsible to make sure that their schedule is accurately reflected on the EPRRS Website.

USA Rugby recognizes that addressing Referee Abuse will assist with referee recruitment and retention at the local and entry level. EPRRS Pre-Payment Plan

The EPRRS Prepayment Plan allows clubs to insert money into a bank account and have the EPRRS draw from it to pay match referees. This can occur either by submitting a generic amount or calculating a team's number of home matches and multiplying by $100 for a given season.
