We will keep this post to deliver the Return to Play status for the EPRRS and the competitions we serve.

EPRRS - Referees are permitted to referee the competitions below so long as they have registered with the parent organization (USAR or NCR). The EPRRS will not be assigning any referees for Spring 2021. All requests will come either directly from the home club or an organizing competition:

Technical Zone Requirement for HS Clubs

EPRRS is finally catching up with USAR's requirements for HS and younger games to have TECHNICAL ZONES.

Please read the following link, where technical zones (and the case for them) are explained. This is agreed to by RugbyPA, and will be easy to enforce if we all do it.

Currently, technical zones are not required at any other levels, but clubs and colleges have been informed
