Want To Be A Rugby Referee?

Thank you for you interest in becoming a referee in the East Penn Rugby Referee Society (EPRRS). You will find that refereeing is a great way to stay fit and remain a part of the greatest game on earth. Refereeing also provides a tremendous opportunity to meet different people and travel to new sites and tournaments throughout the country.
The Process:
The initial process for becoming a referee is

Yellow and Red Cards should be reported through the appropriate Disciplinary site.

Referee Match Fees
Effective 1/1/2024, Referee expenses are to be paid from the individual clubs directly to the EPRRS. Match fees now vary based on the type and duration of the match. Here is the current match fee schedule:
